The November 22 issue of Electronic Design stated that HP has
presented the Boundary-Scan Description Language (BSDL) to the IEEE
1149 working group. It also stated that HP is making available the
BSDL parser over Internet by sending a request to
bsdl%hpmtlx@hplabs.HP.com. My mail message to this machine was bounced
back with a "Host unknown" error.

Does anyone know what the correct internet address is or whether the
offer to provide this software is still valid?  Also, I am interested
in getting a copy of the BSDL language specifcation. Does anyone know
where I could get this?
