Then the IBM AT compatible computer made a lot of noise from its internal speaker. Everything was stuck. Then I tried to reboot the system but it didn't work. It even didn't read the floppy! Accidentally, I discovered that if I unplugged the keyboard and it could boot again. Of course, when I re-plugged in the keyboard, same kind of noise from the speaker again. I am sure the keyboard is fine because I used another good keyboard to check. The same loud ta-ta-ta-ta ... noise came out. Has anyone met is problem? Any solution? Please send email to the above address. Thanks in advance. - Jim -- Jim Chan Hearing Lab Communication Sciences and Disorders School of Special Education
