Given that you probably want 640Kb for DOS, then 2.4Mb is left over, which I generally turn completely into non-volatile RAMdisk (HARDRAM), as the D: drive. Yes, there are third party vendors of 2MB cards for the T1000SE. The cheapest I've seen to date is around $350. Look in the back of Computer Shopper or PC Mag.
