Keywords: T1000SE, backlit screen intensity Message-ID: <2485@ac.dal.ca> Date: 19 Dec 90 09:49:03 GMT Reply-To: osler@ac.dal.ca Lines: 19 Organisation: Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada I had my T1000SE lined up beside a friends T1000SE the other day. The intensity of the screen backlighting on his machine was noticibly stronger than mine and the machines are of roughly the same vintage (10 and 8 monthes old respectively). As my warranty is soon to expire, I'm wondering whether I should have the Toshiba people look at it. I don't know whether my screen used to be as bright as his or not. I would never have thought to do such a comparison on a regular basis and change can be so insidious. Could any other aspects of the machine, such as battery voltage, influence the backlit screen intensity? Anyone else with a similar experience or a few words of wisdom?
