I'm using the default top margin, bottom margin, and page length. On the first page, the bottom part of the header line is 5/8" from top of page, on the second page the bottom part of the header line is 9/8" from top of page. Similarly, the first text line is 1/2" lower on the second page. The printed document is not usable because the header lines and first text line on the two pages don't overlap. I created the header using the normal Open Header menu choice. Repaginate Now menu choice has no effect. Any ideas of why the two pages differ?
