Alright, I'm about to show my stupidity.  I heard it mentioned that AppleLink
could be accessed via the internet.  Upon hearing this, I realized that I
really didn't even know what AppleLink was and probably should since it 
appears a good way to communicate with a lot of companies I do business with.
Could someone *mail* a short explantation of AppleLink and "getting there".
