Does this mean that MacTCP would see it as >AppleTalk also ?????? I don't see why not. It would happily encapsulate your IP traffic in TokenTalk, and send it to the TokenTalk interface on your Gatorbox. Oops. No TokenTalk on Gatorboxes. Or FastPaths. Multigates? Probably not, but maybe there's a chance, someday? Apple Internet Router? Sorry, no IP. Liaison? Maybe; I dunno. And my impression is that MacTCP <-> TokenTalk <-> LocalTalk <-> Gatorbox won't cut it. Any confirmations or denials? Of course, MacTCP might not even talk to TokenTalk in the first place. But even if it does, getting from TokenTalk to something real is going to be a problem. Does anyone out there know of a TokenTalk <-> IP gateway? -- -- Steve Dorner, U of Illinois Computing Services Office Internet: s-dorner@uiuc.edu UUCP: uunet!uiucuxc!uiuc.edu!s-dorner
