More and more, I'm finding that I need to read and write 1.44 mb floppy disks. Rather that cut through the doublespeak offered by the dealers, I thought I'd ask the people who know the answers. I'm comfortable working on my Mac myself, so changing a drive is not a big deal for me, if that's all one has to do to upgrade. Can one purchase these drives from a supplier, or is a Mac dealer my only source? Does this upgrade require any changes to the logic board on my SE, or is it a straight bolt-in? Thanks for your thoughts on the subject.
