OK. Here's a good one. After I issue the shutdown command, my machine shutsdown
and then startsbackup.  Sometimes this happnes instantly, sometimes it takes 
five minutes for this to happen. The problem seems to get better if I turn the
power switch on the back to lock and then unlock it again. This seems to help
for a little bit. Any clues??? Email would be appreciated since I am going
home for Christmas break today. Thanks for your help,
