I also would like to grey out objects (entire fields, buttons, etc). But I have a feeling that HyperCard can't. I have heard rumours that one should just create a FONT which is greyed, but I lack in both details and know-how. Could some nice person please help me out? ANOTHER QUESTION: To HyperCard Engineers: are there any future plans to improve HyperCard's find command? To Netters: are there ANY alternatives to HyperCard's find command? ie: XCMDS, XFCNS, and other assorted grotty code? Thankyou, Anthony. PS: Let's not take the INCREDIBLE support we are getting from the HyperCard Engineers for granted in this newsgroup. I'd like to wish all you nice HyperCard Engies a safe and happy Christmas! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Anthony Dunstan University of Adelaide Apple Consortium | | A Macintosh CyberMan anthony@cs.adelaide.edu.au | -------------------------------------------------------------------------
