Apologies to all of you who've been trying rascal, it took a few days
longer than I expect to be put up, in my rush to get it out for
Christmas I was a litte over eager. Regions is now defintely available
from rascal.ics.utexas.edu, directory mac/INQUEUE, files
RegionsPackage_SEA_bin & RegionsPackage_stack_intro. It is also
in the queue at Sumex & will be going to a Scandinavian archive soon.
UK people + those who can't ftp and are willing to distribute in
their country can still email me - no replies though till early
Jan, I'm off on my hols. Hope you all find the trouble worthwhile.
