Message-ID: <49901@cornell.UUCP> Date: 19 Dec 90 16:36:02 GMT Sender: nobody@cornell.UUCP Organization: Cornell Univ. CS Dept. Ithaca NY Lines: 16 Three days ago, I ordered a IIci cache card from MacWarehouse which they assured me was "on the shelves" and would be shipped tonight via overnight express. It didn't arrive the next day and when I called to enquire they told me it was backordered (supposed to be arriving on 12/21) and there must have been someone ordering the card at the same time and they got the last one. I bet they just wanted to lock in the order. What has everyone else's experiences been with these mailorder reps? Have many other people found this experience? --Peter Wayner Peter Wayner Department of Computer Science Cornell Univ.
