Does an INIT's 'sysz' resource represent contiguous space?
That is, if an INIT has a 'sysz' that calls for, say, 50K
of heap space, is the INIT guaranteed that it could allocate
a 50K heap block or does it have to worry that the 50K is
fragmented through the heap?
