Are there standard FOND ID numbers assigned to the LaserWriter
fonts besides those in the range 0-12, 20-24. Specifically,
what, if any, is the standard number for the Palatino,
Bookman, Avant Garde, Zapf Chancery, Zapf Dingbats, and
New Century Schoolbook FOND resources?
