In alt.sources Christos S. Zoulas says,

| Tcsh-5.20.02 is now available from tesla.ee.cornell.edu (128.84.253.11),
| in /pub/tcsh-5.20.

There are binaries for the Sequent there (that's where we got ours). Sorry
it's not 5.19 but I'm sure you'll cope :-)
