(their offer is that someone will be :-) here within 4 hours of our call) We have used ASJ on-site support service for our RasterGraphics electrostatic plotter for a year now and any time we have problems they are here by noon the next day (they come up from Melborne, Fl.) and they always show up with plenty of spare parts. For this reason we have now gone with their Sun hardware support (cost 18% less than Sun's).
