I couldn't find dvijep on labrea.stanford.edu.  It is available from
math.utah.edu: get /pub/tex/dvi/dvi.tar.Z, which contains a large family
of dvi output routines.  You may want to edit machdefs.h, changing
the MAXDRIFT definition to 0.
