One is AIX 2.2.1 on a RT and the other is AIX 3.1 (update 3002) on a RS/6000 530. The machines only delieve the mail to the hosts which have IP address in /etc/hosts (we are not running name server). Is there any way to configrate the sendmail.cf so it know forward mail to unknow address to a relay host? I know it can be done on some other systems but don't know about aix. I tryed to changed the .cf file but no positive result at all. I don't believe I'm good enough to hack the .cf files yet. :-(. Has any expert out there already done the thing I needed? Please let me know if so. Thank a lot. Guangliang He ghe@physics.orst.edu Guangliang He ghe@PHYSICS.ORST.EDU hegl@ORSTVM.BITNET
