I wish to drive it from a MicroVAX with a DHQ, running ULTRIX v4.0. Is there an option to lpd that will configure it to only send data when pin 19 is ready? I've tried using a "blue box" to jump pin 19 to DCD on the host. The printer supposedly sends XON/XOFF as well, but this is not being respected by lpd. Is there an lpd option for this? If this isn't possible with a default lpd filter, does anyone have one that will do this? I'm trying to use it with GhostScript, but I start losing data when the internal buffer fills up and I lose synchronization with the pin-graphics commands. --Robert
