The answer to most of his requests is probably yes, although I'm not sure about precise details. As far as Modula-2 and Scheme are concerned, the sources for versions of these languages are available for anonymous FTP from gatekeeper.dec.com: pub/DEC/Scheme-to-C pub/DEC/Modula-2 and also pub/DEC/Modula-3 (these are all directories containing several files).
