I understand that drivers abound for 800x600 video, but are there also
corresponding screen fonts (e.g. 800OEM.FON, 800SYS.FON, 800FIX.FON,
HELV800.FON, TMS800.FON, and COUR800.FON)?

How about for other display resolutions (e.g. 720x348 Hercules, 640x400
AT&T and 256-color VGA, etc.)?  Or will we be settling for the closest
available alternatives (namely CGA, EGA, VGA, and 8514)?
