Uploaded a updated version of UCB/WordPlan the MS WINDOWS 3.0
BUILDER to cica on 12/17/90

ucb.zip placed in /pub/pc/win3/uploads. 

It includes the fix for ICONS as explained in previous notes message
and updated README file.

UCB/WordPlan for MS Windows require that you have Microsoft C 6.0
and the MS SDK for Windows 3.0..
