It is provided on the Cray-2 and Cray-YMP as part of their operating system, but I would like to run it from a Sun. That way I'm not dependent on the Crays being available. The program basically pings a specified machine, and then displays either a bitmap depicting that the machine is up or a bitmap depicting that the machine is down. If anyone knows where I can find it, I would really appreciate your reply. Thanks. Cathy Cronin cak@phantom.larc.nasa.gov
