Is it ftp_able or is it supposed to be part of X11Rn? Next, is there a mail group for Xbeginners, I enjoy reading the Xpert group but most of the stuff is way past where I am now. I don't want to irritate the newsgroup with easy questions, it would be great to have a support-group for X novices. Such things as starting to work with X intrinsics, setting up X on your site (when you haven't done this before), figuring out where the libraries, default files etc. are and what they do... Real beginning stuff. There are very few X courses that are available outside major sites ( I am in the boonies ), there seem to be more X tutorial books available but it is still reassuring to contact others who are struggling too.
