to OSF for Motif V1.x Technology Update Service. I've done
all the required things like sending them e-mail that
we are interested in Motif 1.1 or higher when available.
So far, I have not gotten even acknowlegement that my
e-mail has been received. I tried to call them up and 
was never able to get through to talk to somebody. All I
get is more letters about upgrades and stuff plus an 
acknowlegement of the fact that they have received our
money. 

Am I doing something wrong? Or is the general level
of service to expect from OSF? If this is so, then this is
really sickening. Please, someone tell me that I just didn't
go about this right.
