Motif 1.1.1 is not available to anyone yet!  It doesn't exist yet!

When you have seen people refer to "1.1.1" this means the collection of
patch updates that we make available to full support contract holders.
In principle, what we are doing is offering fixes worked out by
Engineering, which is what we would do if someone called us with a
specific problem.  In practice we have opted to make them available in
bulk, without a specific request, that's all.

This whole service is causing so much misunderstanding and ill will
that I'm tempted to can it.  Bah, humbug.
