Get in passanger side, slide seat full forward. Fold chair, and foot pedels, leave them on. Then trun chair and set pedels on rocker pannel. Slide to drivers side anf push passanger seat forward. Reach over, lift pedels up to get the small FRONT wheels up on the rocker pannel. Then push down on the pedals, while they are still on the pannel to use them as a leverage point to get main wheels up off aslphalt and pull in t he chair at the saim time. The trick is using the pedals for leverage. Good luck. What happened to your van.
