Add sugar, cream, butter & salt. Cook, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour into fondue pot; place over burner. Makes 6-8 servings Comments: 1) this really makes more than 8 servings unless you like a whole lot 2) you could melt the chocolate in the microwave, but I don't know how it would turn out if you tried to do the rest there as it takes a lot of stirring to get everything mixed together, and by then it's usually starting to thicken. 3) I've served this with fruit, and also with cake cut into small squares
