     The current T/O for a Marine Tank Battalion:

          70 M60A1 Tanks/Battalion
                *4 Tank Co.s with 17 tanks each (3 plts. w/5 each and one for
                    the XO and CO) and a M88A1 recovery vehicle
                *The remaining 2 tanks are in the Bn HQ


          Headquarters and Service Company
                *1 M88A1 and 4 AVLB

          AntiTank Co. (72 TOWs)

     I'm not sure how the T/O will change when the Corps gets M1 tanks
