Kirchner) Organization: University of Minnesota, Minneapolis - CSCI Dept. Lines: 15 I've just become aware of CLIPS, a forward chaining production system developed by NASA. A pc version comes with Expert Systems by Giarrantano and Riley. I understand the source and doc is available for $350 from COSMIC, NASA's Computer Management Software and Information Center. Does anyone know an e-mail address for COSMIC? A mac version for CLIPS is on sumex-aim.stanford.edu. Are unix sources by any chance available by ftp? I'd like to be able to use CLIPS on our NeXTs. CLIPS looks like lisp. Is there a pedigogical lisp version that anyone knows about? I'd be interested in having it available for students. Thanks for any info. Roger Kirchner
