Can anyone recommend an organization that does independent testing and QA of 
software.  

	Key words about the proposed project: Ada, C, VMS, RDBMS, Simulation,
	                                      combat service support, training,
					      C3, 2167A

It would be nice if they knew something about all of the above, but what I
really want is a company that understands good software engineering principles
and can show a good track record in testing/QC/QA.  E-mail is prefered and I
will be working over the next week. Thanks in advance.
