	I owe a big apology to all netters for posting such an
	idiotic request on net, moreover it is unethical too.

	As people have guessed i do have a copied version of TC
	but i don't use it. It so happened that a package was
	not installing using MSC and so to try it with TC( which
	is faster in process of building lib also) i made an attempt.

	Later i found it works with MSC and i gave up attempt of TC.
	I am sorry for requesting such a thing on net. 

	I hope people will not flame me for my foolishness although
	i do accept and promise not do so again.


	Thanks and please flame my mailbox rather than net if you want
	to do so .
