Disclaimer: DBMS is way out of my area. :) Given the following constraints can 
any RDBMS listed below eliminated?  This is an attempt to reduce the field 
before i have to do a real trade-off study.  Please respond by email if you
know why any of the these would not be a good choice.  Thanks in advance.

	Sybase
	Informix
	Oracle
	Ingres
	RDB

 1. Must run under VMS
 2. Bindings to Ada and C
 3. Robust report generator
 4. Forms generator
 5. Ease of developing code outweighs machine efficiency
 6. Handles hierarchical data well - (enough is hierarchical this matters!)
