Subject: Switch setting on a Avatex-1200hc

I would kindly appreciate if somebody could send me the switch 
settings for the Avatex 1200hc external modem. There seems to
be two different models of the Avatex 1200hc modem. One of which
has 8 switches at the back near the adapter plug with an extra
inscription "EPG" and another model with 12 switches on the bottom
with the inscription "EDG".

I am in need of the switch setting for the 8 switch one which says
"EPG" at the back on a blue board near the adapter socket.
On the front it has three switches saying Data/Voice, 300/1200,
ON/OFF. I have give this extra information to know what I am in need
of. Obviously not for the switches on the front panel.
