I have a Ven-Tel model 1200-1 modem, without power supply nor manual.
Vel-Tel wants a lot of money for the items, and the modem isn't worth
spending more.

I need to know:
	the power connections (it's a 2 by 4 pin connector)
	the DIP switch settings (there are 4 on the edge, 10 inside)
	what the FA V/A D switch does
