With the change, you will be able to dial: 1-202-234-5678 to reach the Znosko-Cola plant in Newark; 202-2345 to reach Elfonzo's Used Ingots in East Allentown. This simply doesn't work if they let you dial 1 first to reach Elfonzo's Used Ingots. Our esteemed Moderator's afterword has it backwards: [...
