The following article was posted a while ago to soc.culture.german,
but no responses were received:

Just received a little pamphlet from the 'Deutsche Telepost Consulting'
regarding 'Btx access from the USA'.

Basic network charges are $30/hr. Whew!
That makes Compuserve look like a real bargain in comparison,
not to speak about GEnie at off-peak hours.

What does btx cost within Germany?
What about Compuserve in Germany? GEnie and similar services? MiniTel?
