It's the phone book, of course, and if you're listed, you're liable to be keyed into somebody's list! (Realtors here in Austin will download specific neighborhoods from the Realcomp list, which is based on very-public tax records for the city. They'll look up the phone numbers and add 'em to the list, so that they have a complete database for any neighborhood they wish to devour.)
