While trying to compile the amoeba source from the PH distribution,
I got a bunch of errors in amoeba.c. These errors involved the AM_???
symbols. I looked in all the include files and couldn't find these.
Everything else compiled without a hitch. I went back to my diskettes
but that didn't help.

Any clues?
