Windows 3.0 has the ability to run programs at the dos prompt - It's possible
with any PC but really you want a 386 box to do the job best. Anyways it's
just like being in the shell so running your vi editor shouldn't present a
problem. I use my Emacs rip-off from the DOS prompt on a regular basis.
