Does anyone have, or know where I can obtain, documentation of MicroSoft's
file formats for Excel xxx.XLS files.  I have an application that would
benefit by using Excel files as its input, but don't have the needed file
descriptions.  Any pointers, or details would be appreciated.  Thanks in 
advance.
