I've recently added a CD-ROM drive to my system. In the installation
instructions it talks about part of the software that it uses
to make the drive work as implementing "the MS CD-ROM extensions".
What are these, and where can I find documentation on how to use
them from my own programs? (All the books on MS-DOS I can find,
even the "advanced" ones, if they even mention CD-ROMs, say
"outside the scope of this book".)
