As I have it in some existing code, it appears to be a facility 0x01 0x01 following the national marker, and its presense forces the packet size to 128. I don't know if this is correct, or if it invokes more things that I need to be aware of. For example, should my Call Accept daemon give it special preference? (Yes, I tried calling Datapac's customer service. They turned out to be even less useful than SprintNet's, a feat I would never have believed possible. I can usually beat an answer out of someone at SprintNet within a day or two; I've given up with Datapac after two weeks. Even ItalCable was easier to get an answer from -- once I got ahold of someone who spoke English. :-))
