The Mac is on LocalTalk, and is connected to the ethernet segment the Sun is on with a FastPath-2 running KIP. If I leave a connection idle for a while (say, an hour or more, I havn't exactly pinned it down), the connection gets broken. The window is still there while it is idle, but as soon as I activate the window by clicking in it, it goes away. I'm running tcsh 5.9 beta 1 (Ohio State) 11/10/88 Patch level 0 on the Sun. It feels like it's doing auto logout, but I have "unset autologout" in my .cshrc file, so I don't think that's it. Anybody have any ideas what might be going on? -- Roy Smith, Public Health Research Institute 455 First Avenue, New York, NY 10016 roy@alanine.phri.nyu.edu -OR- {att,cmcl2,rutgers,hombre}!phri!roy "Arcane?
