1.  make fails during ness build:

Completed the build manually ...

2.  help command fails with an illegal instruction if any UPPER case letters
    are used the help argument ...

     help Nothing       ... fails with illegal instruction

     help nothing       ... works (no help found for nothing)


Although not completly test, most things seems to work fine (ez, zip, bush,
etc)
