I am looking for public domain software tools which aid in the automated 
documentation of C source code.

The tool should be able to perfom things like:

   a. Generate a function call hierarchy
   b. Chase down and document nested include-files
   c. Identify global/local variable set/usage
   d. Perform comment and header file extraction

If anyone has the source code for such a tool or tool set, your assistance
would be most appreciated!
