The first thing to try (and what worked for me) is the 1.2 setclock program.
Apparently the 1.3 version is not nearly as good at finding the clock as
the 1.2 version was...

Alternately I have seen a program to fix the clock on a couple bbs's around
here.  I have no idea if they work, but they claim to fix the clock.
