A really reliable uuencode/uudecode is available by anon. ftp on
my machine avahi.inria.fr (dir /pub, file uud-uue.tar.Z)

It works on unix, MSDOS and atari ST, so it should be a breeze to port to
amiga.

Features:
	splits long files
	uudecode catenation of these files WITH mail headers, or uudecode
		the list of single mails
	add terminating character to go through mailers stripping blanks at
		eol.

I NEVER had any problem with it (I had some with standard unix uuencode).
