Forgive me if this is wrong. :)  You exit the city, it's about 3 or 4 spaces
east, a bunch north, in a temple between some mountains.  Go to the top of
the temple and search, then go west to the druid.  He'll make your alignment
neutral if you want him to.  You get some experience for finding him, which
is why this is always one of the first things I do in that game.
