A patch (dmpatch.lzh??) is available.  You could probably find it at
NewXanth.  It runs on the DM disk to create a version that is HD
installable, along with some assigns.  I had been playing it from my
HD and realize that I have been spoiled.  CSB takes sooooo long to load!!

If there is any way to put CSB on a HD, I would also love to hear about
it.
